The market fills the gathering plaza as well as the special street designated for festivals and fun (and fresh local food!). This portion of Denny Way was renamed E Barbara Bailey Way in 2019 to honor Barbara Bailey, a beloved bookseller, LGBTQ+ rights activist, and Seattle native.
