Participating businesses

A neighborhood-wide weekend of fashion, food, music, and events across Seattle’s Pike/Pine corridor.

Bringing together over 50 independent businesses, Pike Pine Social is a weekend of coordinated activations across the neighborhood, including designer and vintage pop-ups, live music, food and drink experiences, open studios, and in-store events.

MELROSE MARKET

Melrose Ave will serve as a central gathering point for the weekend, featuring food pop-ups, wine tastings, live music, as well as designer and vintage clothing vendors like Glasswing, Barn Owl Vintage, and Likelihood

CHOPHOUSE ROW

Chophouse Row will host a series of fashion, beauty, and cultural activations on Saturday, May 16, culminating in a live runway presentation at 3pm. Throughout the afternoon, the courtyard and participating tenants will feature installations, pop-ups, and music programming. More info here »

On The Block Seattle

On The Block (OTB) Seattle is a BIPOC-led hyperlocal creative ecosystem operating four cooperatively held cultural spaces on 11th Ave between E. Pike & E. Pine as well as the On The Block Creative Marketplace Outdoor Series launching June 13th, 2026, sponsored in part by Chophouse Row. OTB will be activating their newest space Eleven:Eleven spotlighting local Black designers, and hosting pop up art activations with Blue Cone Studios throughout the weekend.

Plan your walk! Click on a location to find out what each place is offering. Throughout the corridor, there are 50+ participating businesses hosting a wide range of activations. Shops and restaurants will showcase new seasonal offerings, while designers and artists activate spaces with pop-ups, installations, and limited collaborations. Visitors can expect live music, DJ sets, food and drink specials, wine tastings, and a dynamic mix of retail and cultural programming across the neighborhood.
